Welcome, as an independent licensed massage therapist in New Orleans, LA my passion is to help people maintain their physical well-being. Currently, my practice consists of studio appointments in Mid City, on-site chair massage for events in the metro area and occasional availability for out-call appointments.

My initial education was completed in 2011 at National Holistic Institute in San Francisco, CA earning a certification in massage therapy. Additionally, I have completed various in-person workshops along with yearly continuing education for licensure requirements. I have also earned an A.A.S. degree through the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Delgado Community College in the graduating class of 2016. Throughout my career I have maintained  professional membership with the American Massage Therapy Association.

The style of massage I practice is therapeutic and centered on relaxation. When a client is relaxed, tension within muscles is let go. This allows me to work deeper into soft tissue to decrease “knots” without resistance. Each massage is tailored to your preference/need which is discussed prior to starting. A typical session mixes techniques of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, light stretching and range of motion. Whether you suffer from chronic muscular tension or are in need of immediate stress relief, I am here to help. Let me know what your goals are and I will happily formulate a massage specific to you.

Techniques include: Deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial therapy, neuromuscular trigger point therapy, range of motion, passive/ active stretching,  among others.
